We carefully handcraft and personalize each item with attention to detail. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your item ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two convenient shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note: We ship worldwide but currently cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
While we take every care to ensure your personalized jewelry and engraved gifts meet our high standards, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all packaging
- A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Personalized/engraved items can only be returned if defective (see exceptions below)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your request
- Our customer service will respond within 24 hours with return authorization and instructions
- Securely package the item(s) using the original packaging
- Ship to our address (provided in your return authorization email)
- Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for the same product in a different size or color (subject to availability). Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
