Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging
  • Personalized or engraved items (except those with manufacturing defects) cannot be returned
  • A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase is required

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your request (see template below)
  2. Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours with return authorization and instructions
  3. Securely package the item(s) using the original packaging
  4. Ship the package to our address (provided in your return authorization email)
  5. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for the same product in a different size or color (subject to availability). Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items
